Arkansas's Broadband Internet Access. Where's the Money Going?

Where’s the money going?
People still do not have internet service here and some of us who thought that we have high speed are being fooled and charged for the highest cost for speeds of down-load/ lower up-speeds. I want to know where the money has gone.

We should not forget about the Gov’s lying when she worked in the White House. Maybe that’s why Arkansas hasn’t gotten broadband internet yet. She might not want everyone to know. If ya don’t have internet access, you may not ever know the truth about things or people that you have voted into office.

Do we need to bring this matter to our governor, Sarah Huckabee Sanders?
Would we receive an answer that would be acceptable?
Can we believe that any money granted to the State of Arkansas is spent wisely?
Gees, we spend money on things we didn’t know about til after the fact, like lecterns, french vacations, parties for football players, etc, etc, etc.
